  • How do I book a class?

    1.  Go To The Timetable.
    2.  Search for your desired class.
    3. Click Book Now.
    4. Either fill out your details and pay with your card or if you have an account, sign in and use your credits.
  • How to book a PT or EP session

    On momence:

    1. Go to the appointments tab.
    2. Select your desired type of session.
    3. Select your desired trainer and follow the prompts.

    Head to the Wellness website:

    1. Hover over the services tab.
    2. Select either Exercise Physiology or Personal Training.
    3. Scroll down and book in with the online booking area.

  • How to cancel a session?

    1. Download the momence app and sign in
    2. Find the session you want to cancel.
    3. Click Cancel
  • Can I still come if pregnant

    YES!

    It can help you maintain strength, Flexibility and Balance!

  • Can I still come if I'm Injured or Ill

    Most likely! Call in or book an initial consultation to find out if you can benefit from any of our services.

  • What do I need to get started

    Some Active wear and a positive attitude!

  • Cancellation policy

    12 Hours for sessions including reformer, Pilates Mat,  Yoga and Semi Private Personal Training.   


    24 for Personal Training  or Exercise Physiology, One on One Pilates or yoga.
