About Mind In Motion

Physical activity is proven to improve overall health and mental health. At Wellness In Motion, we believe in the transformative power of movement and have put together a specific Mind In Motion program that offers accessible fitness sessions, personalised coaching, and a supportive community to help you on your journey to improved physical and mental health. Our sessions are carefully crafted to enhance cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, all while accommodating everyday movements and varying fitness levels. Join us for our next intake on April 15th.

A recent study the "Effect of exercise for depression: systematic review and network meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials" 

Included this gem in the conclusion "Exercise is an effective treatment for depression, with walking or jogging, yoga, and strength training more effective than other exercises, particularly when intense. Yoga and strength training were well tolerated compared with other treatments. Exercise appeared equally effective for people with and without comorbidities and with different baseline levels of depression."

How do we work

  1. Register: Sign up for Mind In Motion to gain access to our comprehensive fitness program.
  2. Complete the Info form so we can tailor and recommend the sessions specifically for you. This allows us to modify for any health conditions, injuries, or things you hate or feel like you can't do.
  3. Get Moving: Engage in two exercise sessions per week or more, at your own pace and convenience.
  4. Connect: Join our fortnightly online coaching calls to receive personalised support and stay motivated.
  5. Thrive: Experience the benefits of improved physical fitness, enhanced mental well-being, and a sense of community and belonging.
