The 4-Week Strength & Energy Reset is a short, supportive program designed specifically for women in midlife who want to feel better in their body now, not later. No pressure. No punishment. Just smart, evidence-based movement that fits real life.
What’s Included
This is not a boot camp or a quick fix. It’s a structured, coached introduction to strength, mobility and recovery designed to help your body adapt safely and confidently. Over four weeks, you’ll build strength, reduce stiffness, improve energy, and reconnect with what your body can do. All sessions are small-group, fully coached, and adapted to your body, experience and comfort level.
4 × Lift Sessions
Small-group, coached strength sessions focused on everyday movement. Lifting, carrying, getting up and down, and feeling steady and capable. Each session is progressive, fully coached and adapted to your body, experience and comfort level.
4 × Stretch Sessions
Our guided stretch and mobility sessions will help you to reduce stiffness and soreness, support recovery, improve movement quality and calm the nervous system. Perfect for women who feel tight, sore or hesitant to push.
1 × Yoga or Stretch Session
This is a slower, restorative session to support stress regulation, breathing and mobility, integration of strength work. This is where your body gets to settle.
1 × Pilates Reformer Session
This is a technique-focused session to improve core strength and control, body awareness, joint stability and posture. Helping you feel more confident and connected in your movement.
